Reese Witherspoon is apologizing for her conduct towards a cop who captured her on a messy lead charge after she supposedly could not comply with his guidelines as he led a field restraint test on her spouse taking after a movement stop.
The "Walk the Line" performer was a traveler in a silver 2013 Ford Focus being determined by her spouse, James Toth, when an Atlanta cop pulled the auto over around midnight on Friday in the wake of acknowledging the auto wasn't staying in its path, as per the police report.
Toth, 42, professedly seemed tousled and possessed an aroma similar to liquor. Consistent with the police report, he stated he'd had one drink and consented to perform a field temperance test.
Throughout the test, Witherspoon professedly got unsettled and began to get out of the auto twice, accepting warnings both times, the report stated.
She too professedly addressed if the officer was a legitimate cop and inquired as to whether he knew who she was.
